Lift-A-Ton Club® is an easy-to-implement
resistance training program for people of
all ages-upper elementary to mature adults.
The Lift-A-Ton Club® builds on the tradition
of Fitness Finders’® highly successful
Mileage Club®.
Strength training is made convenient
using bodyweight exercises and TheraBand
resistance bands, available for purchase here.
Free weights and weight machines may be
used as well.
Each time participants “lift”,
they add up the number of pounds moved
at each session. For every 2,000 pounds (1
ton) lifted, they are given an award-a plastic
Weight Plate. Over time stacks of plates build
up for all to see.
